Description
Superhero is a premium multivitamin and multimineral liquid concentrate for kids.
We have your kids covered. Superhero includes:
- Folate and sulphur because kids do not always eat their vegetables;
- Selenium, sulphur, vitamin B12 and vitamin C because these nutrients are less present in modern food;
- Vitamin D because kids are getting less sun;
- Zinc, iron and iodine for our kids' growth and brain development;
- Magnesium and vitamins B1 and B6 to help our kids calm their minds, focus when learning and get better sleep; and
- Sulphur and vitamin C for our kids to build strong connective tissues, fuel their immune systems and handle the toxins of a modern world.
We flavour Superhero naturally with European elderberry, New Zealand blackcurrant, Australian beetroot juice, and organic apple juice—giving a refreshing taste.
Superhero is designed to be mixed further with apple juice, allowing you to adjust the sweetness and natural sugar content for your kids.
Each bottle contains 34 concentrated doses for mixing into water.

Superhero is a concentrate designed to be added to water and apple juice. This design allows you to control the sweetness and fruit sugar content of your child's drink and eliminates the use of artificial sweeteners and stevia. Although Superhero is flavoured with European elderberry and Australian beetroot juice, the addition of apple juice is absolutely required for a child-friendly taste.
Recommended daily doses
1–3 yrs: 10 ml
4–9 yrs: 15 mL
10–14 yrs: 30 ml
A standard 15-ml dose contains:
Vitamin C 500 mg (sodium ascorbate)
Vitamin D3 12.5 mcg (500 IU)
Vitamin B1 4 mg (thiamine)
Vitamin B6 2 mg
Vitamin B9 activated 150 mcg (methylfolate)
Vitamin B12 activated 25 mcg (methylcobalamin)
Methylsulfonylmethane (providing sulphur) 1.2 g
Selenium (bisglycinate, chelated) 38 mcg
Iron (bisglycinate, chelated) 6 mg
Copper (bisglycinate, chelated) 400 mcg
Zinc (bisglycinate, chelated) 3.7 mg

Chelated minerals are better absorbed than regular supplemented minerals. Some people require activated (methylated) forms of vitamins B9 and B12 as they poorly process the unactivated forms.
Directions
Store refrigerated.
Shake before each use (we packed a lot in).
Add to apple juice and water.
This formulation is designed to be added to apple juice, allowing you to control the sweetness and fruit sugar content. Crystals of methylsulfonylmethane may form through settling. These crystals can be dissolved by adding water.
