Child (0-18 years): 0.5 ml (1000 IU vitamin D3)


*This adult recommended daily intake is limited by New Zealand vitamin D labelling regulations and does not provide a healthy serum level. The equivalent for adults in the United States is 4000 IU (2 ml).


Active ingredient per 0.5-mL dose

Cholecalciferol (vitamin D3): 25 mcg

Menaquinone 7 (vitamin K2): 30 mcg


Other ingredients: distilled water, sunflower lecithin, organic glycerine, European elderberry concentrate, organic orange oil, citric acid, potassium sorbate
