This is the only liposomal vitamin C that I take because it is the only one that I have found that tastes good and I don't have to fiddle around with sachets. I syringe it straight into my mouth and the kids happily take it in water. Gives me an energy boost in the morning and has helped us get over our most recent colds/flu.

WOW! This is the BEST Vit C I have ever taken. While in the middle of an Otago winter with everyone around me dropping with the flu & colds, I have not.
