Description

Being strong requires your muscles to perform and recover optimally. Strength Reloaded includes sodium and potassium as main electrolytes for muscle function and magnesium for muscle relaxation and flexibility. Thiamine is included to raise cellular energy levels.


Being strong also requires tendons and ligaments to be strong and elastic. Strength Reloaded includes the sulphur, vitamin C, copper and zinc required to make tightly binding collagen, elastin and keratin connective tissues that resist tearing apart. Sulphur further reduces long-term joint inflammation.

Strength Reloaded is a concentrate to be added to your drink bottle or water bladder for training, racing or recovery. It tastes pleasant when taken cold in a large volume of water.

Chelated minerals are better absorbed than regular supplemented minerals. Some people require activated (methylated) forms of vitamins B9 and B12 as they poorly process the unactivated forms.

Optionally sweeten with apple juice. Crystals of methylsulfonylmethane may form through settling. These crystals can be dissolved by adding water.
