I only have one complaint, please make the bottles bigger or do 6 packs. I am only pain free when I take this and I fear that I will be on this forever. Seriously though, my joint pain has gone since day 3 or taking this product and my nerve pain has gone. I highly recommend taking this.

Recommended daily intakes

Adult: 30-60 ml (2-4 Tbsp) per day


Children: We recommend Superhero as a methylsulfonylmethane product for children as it has a more child-friendly taste.


Active ingredient per 30-mL dose

2800 mg methylsulfonylmethane

1000 mg vitamin C

12.5 mcg (500 IU) vitamin D


Other ingredients

Distilled water, European elderberry concentrate, New Zealand Blackcurrant concentrate, Organic glycerine, citric acid


Directions

Take in the morning. Dilute with 100–200 ml water to taste. An excellent taste can be achieved by adding apple juice, lemon juice or lime juice. Store refrigerated. Crystals of methylsulfonylmethane may form through settling. These crystals can be dissolved in water and consumed. Refrigerate upon delivery and use within 45 days.
