I have used this B-complex for 7 months for running and other exercise. I can't remember a time that it didn't give me energy, even when I really didn't want to do anything. I find the B-Complex Liposomal Activated to be excellent. Have noticed a definite improvement in my energy levels. That is saying something as I am 71 years old & have a MTHFR gene mutation which makes activated B vitamins essential for my well being. This product is by far the best activated B Complex that I have tried.
