I have found this product to be great and have been using this to detoxify from Alcohol. I have had a long-standing relationship with alcohol and after giving up this has helped considerably. Active ingredients (30-ml dose)

2800 mg methylsulfonylmethane (MSM)

1500 mg vitamin C (sodium ascorbate)

20 mg vitamin B1 (benfotiamine)

20 mg vitamin B2 (riboflavin)

20 mg vitamin B3 (niacinamide)

20 mg activated vitamin B6 (P5P)

300 mcg activated vitamin B9 (methylfolate)

50 mcg activated B12 (methylcobalamin)

124 mg magnesium (27 mg from magnesium bisglycinate, 66 mg from magnesium citrate, 31 mg from elderberry)

651 mg potassium (from elderberry and potassium citrate)

235 mg sodium (from sodium ascorbate and Himalayan salt)


Recommended adult daily dose: 30 ml


Directions

Take before and after alcohol consumption. Shake before use. Mix into a full glass of water. MSM crystals may form through settling and are safe to consume. Refrigerate.


Precaution

MSM is a potent detoxifier. Stop use and drink water if a severe headache (as a symptom of detoxification) occurs. Recommence use 24 hours after the headache passes at half the dose.
