Directions
Take in the morning. Dilute with 100-200 ml water to taste. An excellent taste can be achieved by adding apple juice, lemon juice or lime juice. Store refrigerated. Crystals of methylsulfonylmethane may form through settling. These crystals can be dissolved in water and consumed. Refrigerate upon delivery and use within 45 days.
