Directions
Take before and after alcohol consumption. Shake before use. Mix into a full glass of water. MSM crystals may form through settling and are safe to consume. Refrigerate.
Precaution
MSM is a potent detoxifier. Stop use and drink water if a severe headache (as a symptom of detoxification) occurs. Recommence use 24 hours after the headache passes at half the dose.
